How do I order?

Orders will be placed on our website www.cronosdietshop.com, you can create an account and thus you will have permanent access to your order history or you can complete the order without creating an account.

Also, before completing the order you can fill in the field “Free shipping code” in which you will write down the recommendation code received after consulting, for the holoprotein diet or provided by a doctor who will recommend our supplements.

With this you will benefit from free transport for orders with a value higher than the RON equivalent of 100 Euro, for Romania and for Europe for orders with a value higher than 250 Euro.

Can I cancel an order?

To cancel an order you must call the phone number 0728.804.745 or you can send an email to info@cronosdietshop.com

How long until I receive the supplements after I place the order?

After confirming the order, the package with the ordered products is prepared and sent for delivery to the GLS courier company. Delivery will be made within 24-48 hours for orders placed in Romania and within 6-10 working days for orders for European countries.

How much does the shipping costs?

To Romania – 18 lei

To Hungary – 65 lei

To Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Serbia – 85 lei

To Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Austria, Italy, Croatia – 105 lei

Payment methods

You can pay Cronos Diet supplements only online, with a bank card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal.

Can I buy supplements directly from the store?

Yes, you can find us in our shop in 31 G-ral Constantin Coandă street, Bucharest. Before coming we ask you to call ahead to make an appointment and thus you will reduce the waiting time, in case unforeseen situations occur.

How can I return the products?

If you change your mind and no longer want the products and they are intact, you have 14 days to return them in person or send them by courier at your expense.

Why does the taste of supplements differ from one order to another?

Cronos Diet supplements contain natural ingredients and, factors independent of us or the factory, such as where they come from, the season or weather conditions at the time of their collection, can influence the taste and even the appearance they have in the prepared form.

From here, differences can appear from one box to another. Our products comply with the ingredients listed on the package and, at the same time, with the recipes of Professor Giuseppe Castaldo.

The beneficial effects they have on consumers who are in the diet program or who use them independently of it are not in any way influenced by those mentioned above.

Do supplements have a market approval?

Cronos Diet supplements are notified and endorsed by the NATIONAL SERVICE FOR MEDICINAL PLANTS, AROMATICS AND STUPE PRODUCTS (SNPMAPS) within the National Research-Development Institute for Food Bioresources – IBA Bucharest.
